1. GENERAL CONDITIONS We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 2. PRODUCT ACCURACY AND FITMENT RESPONSIBILITY Due to the technical nature of automotive performance parts, exact fitment is critical. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility charts (Year/Make/Model), it is ultimately your responsibility to verify that the part you are purchasing is correct for your specific vehicle and build.

 

• Prime Wear is not responsible for any costs incurred due to incorrect fitment, including but not limited to labor costs, mechanic fees, towing, or rental car fees.

• Certain high-performance parts are designed for off-road or racing use only and may not be street legal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to check local laws before installation.

3. PURCHASES, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESTOCKING By placing an order with Prime Wear, you agree to our strict logistics and fulfillment timelines:

• Cancellations: You may only cancel an order within the first 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order is locked into our dispatch system, and the shipment will proceed.

• Restocking Fee: As detailed in our Refund Policy, eligible returns are subject to a 18% restocking fee to cover the costs of technical inspection, warehouse handling, and value depreciation.

• Shipping: Standard transit times are 18 to 22 working days after a 7-day processing period. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, freight carriers, or natural events.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our performance products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

 

5. INSTALLATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY High-end automotive components require professional installation. Prime Wear strongly recommends that all parts be installed by a certified mechanic or specialized performance shop.

 

• We are not liable for any vehicle damage, engine failure, personal injury, or property damage resulting from the improper installation, misuse, or modification of the products we sell.

• Installing aftermarket performance parts may void your vehicle’s factory warranty. Prime Wear is not responsible for any voided warranties.

• In no case shall Prime Wear LLC, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the products procured using the service.

6. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Prime Wear LLC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
